We are located on The Grand Union canal on Clemens Street, Royal Leamington Spa. From the Parade in the middle of the town, follow the road to the bottom of the Parade, past the Old Pump room. Continue on to Victoria Terrace then onto Bath Street. At the railway bridge, continue straight ahead into Clemens Street.

The Grand Union restaurant is less than half a mile ahead, on the right hand side just before the hump back bridge over the canal.
